Turkey

The Turkish citizenship-by-investment program offers eligible individuals and their families the opportunity to obtain full citizenship and passports upon making a qualifying investment in Turkey of at least USD 400,000. The Turkish program is one of the most popular in the world and requires the investment to be held for at least 3 years.

St-Kitts

St. Kitts & Nevis is a citizenship-by-investment program. The applicant may select the donation option – starting at USD 150,000 for a single applicant – or the real estate option – starting at USD 220,000.

Vanuatu

The Vanuatu citizenship-by-investment program is the only program operating in the Asia Pacific region. This program requires a financial contribution of at least USD 130,000 to the national development fund.

Thailand Elite Visa

Thailand Elite-Visa is a long-term visa categorized under Tourist Visa (Privilege Entry Visa “PE”) allowing residency in Thailand along with benefits for a period between 5 and 20 years depending of the chosen option in exchange of a membership fee of at least THB 600,000 (USD 18,000). This visa grants a 5-year renewable multiple entry.
